Eco Conservation is the ECO channel for land that has remained ecologically intact — never restored, never rebuilt, kept whole through restraint and responsible use. It governs exactly one programme: the Sielsgrond Programme.

What it is not
Eco Conservation is not a rename of Sielsgrond, and Sielsgrond is not a rename of Eco Conservation — the channel and the programme are distinct, nested concepts, not the same thing under two labels. Eco Conservation is also not the Restoration channel: land that needs active work belongs to Eco Restoration instead, not here.

Where this comes from
"Eco Conservation" is Buktika's approved public label for the channel D1 Part 2 (the Legal D-Set) calls Track A of its Two-Track Model: "Sielsgrond. Land that has remained whole. Certificate-led. Recognition payment. No restoration uplift claimed. No servitude." Sielsgrond itself — the programme this channel governs — is a term Buktika's D1 Part 1 legal document defines directly.
"Eco Conservation" is public-facing architecture, not itself a D1-defined term. "Sielsgrond" is D1-defined and is not renamed by this page.
